3 Days Tsavo West/Taita Hills Camping Safari
Day 1: Tsavo West
Depart Mombasa this morning and drive to Tsavo National Park - Kenya's largest National Park. Tsavo is divided into two halves, known as East and West. Your drive takes you into Tsavo West, once home to more than 50,000 elephants. Drive past Mzima Springs. Fed by the waters draining from Mt. Kilimanjaro, the Springs form an oasis for a wide variety of wildlife. Overnight: Severin Camp
Day 2: Tsavo West - Taita Hills
After an early breakfast and game drive, continue to Taita Hills
Private Reserve. Once a private sisal plantation, Taita Hill almost 170
sq. kms. of lush forest, cascading waterfalls and abundant game. Your afternoon game drive might reveal buff waterbuck, elephant and more. Tonight, be sure to spend time at the waterside blind at your lodge - the animals are so close can count their whiskers!

Day 1: Tsavo West
This morning drive to Tsavo West, part of Kenya's largest National
Park. This afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the park. Tonight watch for
wildlife as they come to the lodge's floodlit waterhole.
Overnight: Kilaguni Lodge
Day 2: Tsavo West-Amboseli
Drive to Amboseli, designated a National Park in 1977. Most famous for its elephant population, Amboseli is also home to a variety of other game, including lion, cheetah and hyena.
Overnight: Ol Tukai Lodge
Day 3 Amboseli - Taita Hills
After an early morning game drive and breakfast, continue to Taita Hills, a privately-owned game sanctuary. Enjoy game viewing in the
sanctuary this afternoon.
Overnight: Salt Lick Safari Lodge
Day 4: Taita Hills - Mombasa
Return to Mombasa, arriving around midday.

A full day allows time for both morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 3: Mombasa
After an early morning game drive and breakfast, return by road to
Mombasa.
Price includes:
- Transportation in a custom safari minibus with
pop-up roof ideal for game viewing and sightseeing
- Services of a trained and experienced English speaking driver/guide
- All camping equipments except sleeping bags
- Three meals per day prepared by our safari cook

Tsavo West National Park
The park is located on south eastern Kenya, 240km from Nairobi along the western side of Mombasa-Nairobi highway. The savannah ecosystem comprises of open grasslands, scrublands, and Acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation and rocky ridges.
Major wildlife attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species including the threatened corncrake and near threatened Basra Reed Warbler.
Amboseli National Park
Amboseli is famous for its big game and scenery of majestic snowcap of Mount Kilimanjaro Africa's tallest mountain which glistens over this breathtaking destination. Amboseli popular for its rich abundance of elephant lion and cheetah, is made up of five main wildlife habitats and Lake Amboseli an often dry lake bed.
Amboseli is one of Kenya's most popular parks. Bird life is in abundance especially near the lakes and swamps where you may find waters birds. The Madagascar Squacco Heron shows up in intervals and the long toed lapwing is resident in small numbers. Yellow-throated chestnut bellied and black faced water in hundreds during the dry season. Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary is a privately owned wildlife sanctuary in Kenya. It is located in the Coast Province in Taita-Taveta District approximately 220 kilometers from Mombasa. The sanctuary covers an area of 280,000 acres (1,100 km2), and is adjacent to Tsavo West National Park and the LUMO Community Wildlife Sanctuary. It hosts cape buffalo, elephant, leopard, masai lion, masai giraffe, zebra, hartebeast, impala, waterbuck, Thomson's gazelle, lesser kudu, dik-dik, and other smaller animals, including a great diversity of birdlife.
Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary was established in 1972 by Hilton International. [1] The sanctuary has two lodges, the Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge and the Sarova Taita Hills Game Lodge, both operated by Sarova Hotels.
